ropet Warranty Policy
Important Information
ropet ("We") provides a limited warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under consumer laws. This warranty applies only to ropet products ("Products") purchased by you from ropet or an authorized ropet distributor or retailer for personal use, not for commercial resale. This warranty is valid only in the country or region where the Product was originally purchased (excluding Mainland China).
Any updates to this policy will be posted on ropetai.com. We encourage you to periodically review this policy to ensure you are familiar with the latest version. In case of any inconsistency between this policy on ropet.bot and any other document accompanying or relating to a ropet Product, the latest version on ropet.bot shall prevail.
This policy is available in other languages on ropetai.com. In case of conflict between different translated versions, the local language version corresponding to the region shall prevail.
Warranty Period
ropet warrants that each ropet Product you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with guidelines published by ropet for the period commencing upon delivery and lasting for the Warranty Period specified herein ("Warranty Period"). ropet-published guidelines include, but are not limited to, user manuals, specifications, in-app notifications, and service communications.

If you purchased your Product in the European Union (EU) or Switzerland, this Warranty Period is two (2) years.

If you purchased your Product outside the EU or Switzerland, this Warranty Period is one (1) year.
However, the provisions of the applicable laws in the country or region where the Product was originally purchased shall apply if they specify otherwise. This warranty does not cover consumables.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If a material or workmanship defect arises in the Product during the Warranty Period, please contact us by finding our email address or visiting our website. If your Product was not purchased directly from ropet, please first contact your local seller. You will need to provide the Product's serial number and the original invoice or receipt showing the date of purchase and all details of the Product to obtain warranty service.
What ropet Will Do
When submitting a warranty claim to ropet, you understand and agree that you may be required to return or ship the Product to ropet or our authorized service company for further inspection.
If the Product exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship and your claim is received within the Warranty Period, ropet will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement service, as well as shipping costs to and from your location (limited to the country or region where the Product was originally purchased). Note: Warranty service is available only in the country or region where the Product was originally purchased. The Product does not qualify for any cross-border or international warranty service. If you seek warranty service outside the country or region where the Product was originally purchased, you will be responsible for international shipping costs, duties, and other related fees to and from your location to the country or region of original purchase.
ropet may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; or
-
Replace the Product with a new product, or with a product manufactured with new or refurbished parts that is functionally equivalent to the original Product; or
-
Replace the Product with a new upgraded model that is functionally equivalent or superior to the original Product.
Where permitted by applicable law, subsequent repair, replacement, or resale of the Product will not extend, renew, or otherwise affect the Warranty Period. Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. ropet will return the replaced or repaired Product to you as soon as practicable. All parts replaced in the Product shall become the property of ropet.
What is Not Covered
Unless expressly agreed to in writing by ropet, the Product is not covered by warranty service under the following circumstances, and ropet or an authorized ropet service provider may charge for shipping, labor, and material costs:
(a) Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, battery wear);
(b) Expiration of the Warranty Period;
(c) Removal, erasure, defacement, alteration, or other illegibility of the Product's serial number;
(d) Failure or damage resulting from failure to comply with Product instructions;
(e) Failure or damage caused by intentional acts or negligence and other human factors;
(f) Failure or damage caused by accidents or force majeure (such as fire, flood, lightning, or other natural events);
(g) Product failure caused by external causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to failure, fluctuation, or interruption of power supply, ISP (Internet Service Provider) service, or wireless network;
(h) Inability to use the Product due to weak and/or unstable wireless signal strength in your home;
(i) Use of spare parts or other consumables not provided or recommended by ropet;
(j) Any changes or modifications made to the Product by you or an unauthorized third party causing failure or damage;
(k) Failure or damage caused by improper packaging during Product shipment;
(l) Any Product purchased from an unauthorized distributor or retailer;
(m) Use in non-household scenarios, including but not limited to: cleaning plaster, sand, dust, etc.; cleaning in commercial environments; cleaning in environments with specific adsorption requirements for particles such as chemicals and metals.
Limitation of Liability
This Policy is your sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in ropet Products and ropet's sole liability therefore. This warranty supersedes all other warranties and liabilities of ropet, whether oral, written, (non-mandatory) statutory, contractual, or tortious. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ropet disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. However, this Policy shall not exclude or limit any of your statutory rights under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ropet shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of data, any loss of profits, loss of Product use or functionality, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of revenue or anticipated savings, increased costs or expenses, or any indirect or special loss or damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ropet's liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the Product. The foregoing limitations shall not apply to death or personal injury caused by ropet's gross negligence or willful misconduct, or proven negligence of ropet.
Return and Refund Policy

By placing an order or purchasing ropet products ("Products") on this website or through other official ropet self-operated stores, you agree to the following terms, as well as ropet's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
For products purchased from authorized ropet retailers or other retailers, please contact the respective retailer for their return and refund policies.
ropet is committed to ensuring a positive experience as you explore, evaluate, and purchase our products. However, should you need to return a product, we are here to assist.
Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with any Product that is in as good as new condition, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment.
However, there are several important points to note when returning Products purchased directly from ropet:

All Products must be returned in their original condition, preferably in the original packaging and including all accessories, to qualify for a full refund. Accessories must be unused when returned.

Products may only be returned in the country or region where they were originally purchased.

Only Products purchased directly from this website or official ropet self-operated stores may be returned to ropet. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.

Securely repackage the Product in its original packaging whenever possible.

Include the warranty card with the Product. If the warranty card cannot be returned, enclose your order number, product serial number, billing name, and address inside the package.

Unauthorized returns or Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.

To protect your interests, we recommend using UPS or FedEx for returns.

Retain the return tracking number for your shipped package to ensure it reaches our warehouse.
Refunds
Eligible purchases made on this website or through official ropet self-operated stores may qualify for a refund. To request a refund, contact us at customerservice@ropetai.com for refund instructions. Upon receipt and verification of the returned Product's condition, you can expect to receive your refund via the original payment method within approximately 7 business days.

ropet sells and ships Products exclusively to end-user customers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect the Product is purchased for resale.
