Delivery & Fulfillment

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your package, please provide complete and correct shipping information. This includes accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and routing details (if applicable).
We are not responsible for lost, misrouted, or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address entries.

Delivery Coverage

Currently, we ship only to non-remote areas within the United States. We plan to gradually expand to regions including Canada, Japan, and the European Union.
Note: We do not currently ship to the following U.S. territories and regions: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Armed Forces Americas, U.S. Armed Forces Europe, U.S. Armed Forces Pacific, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii.

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from ropetai.com or ropet.bot, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.

Delivery Claims

If your package is missing or the tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note: claims may take up to 30 days depending on the carrier.
