This application (including all code, designs, text, graphics, content visual materials, and all information and other materials incorporated into this application, collectively referred to as "Materials") is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and treaties worldwide. ropet and/or the other parties own various copyrights in the Materials and various trademarks, trade names, and service marks (whether registered or not, whether or not marked with "©" "®" "tm" or other marks) in the Materials, and except as expressly provided in these Terms or in a duly signed agreement with you, do not grant you any rights or licenses (whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise) under any patents, design patents, trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, trade secret information, or other intellectual property rights.

ropet authorizes you to view and download copies of the materials for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the following conditions:
You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials through any means not specifically provided by this application (including using any "deep links", "page scraping", "robots", "spiders" or other automated devices, programs, algorithms or methods, or similar manual processes);
You agree to retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials on all copies of the downloaded materials.
You agree not to modify the materials in any way, nor to copy (including by "mirroring" on another server), publicly display, distribute, or otherwise use the materials for any public or commercial purpose.
You agree not to transfer any materials to any individual (including natural persons and legal persons) unless you notify each such person of these Terms of Service and each such person agrees to accept these Terms of Service. Once you violate any part of these Terms of Service, this authorization will automatically terminate, and ropet reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate access to and use of this application (including any account on or related to this application) at any time and for any reason.

  • Accuracy of applied materials
ropet does not guarantee that the materials will not contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and reserves the right to make changes to the materials to correct or update them without prior notice, as well as the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, regardless of the status or payment status of the order. For example, products displayed on the application may not be sold and may have attributes different from those listed, including price.

  • Link to the website
ropet makes no representations or warranties regarding any other websites that you may access through this app. Regardless of any links contained on this app, any other websites are independent of ropet , and we have no control over or responsibility for the materials provided or activities conducted on any such websites. If you decide to access any other website through this app, you do so entirely at your own risk and are bound by any terms and conditions of that other website, which may differ from these Terms of Service.

You agree not to create or maintain any link from another website to any page of this application, nor to frame or display any part of this application on another website without ropet 's prior written permission. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws for any action permitted under the preceding sentence.

  • Content you provide
You agree that for any and all content (including but not limited to text, images, and sound) that you transmit to or through this application in any way, as well as the proprietary technology, techniques, and other creative ideas behind such content ("User Content"):
  • Such user content will not be illegal, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, slanderous, , pornographic, profane, infringing on intellectual property rights, or constitute or encourage behavior that is considered a criminal offense, causes civil liability, or otherwise violates any law.
  • Such user content does not constitute commercial solicitation, political campaigning, advertising or promotion, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.
  • Such User Content will not contain software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancellation bots or any other computer code or files designed to destroy, damage, circumvent or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the App or any software or hardware.
  • Such user content does not provide any non-public information about ropet or any of its affiliates or any other company or individual without proper authorization.
  • You will not impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to an employee of ropet or any of its affiliates, or otherwise misrepresent the source of such User Content.
  • You will not probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities in this application or any network connected to this application, nor will you violate its security or authentication measures, nor will you reverse-search or track any information of any other visitor or user of this application.
  • You own or otherwise control all rights to User Content and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, have the ability and authority to freely transfer all such rights.

Such content will belong to ropet , and ropet may copy, incorporate, modify, display, publish, redistribute, license and sublicense, and otherwise use such user content for any purpose (including but not limited to commercial and non-commercial purposes), in any way, at any time (including but not limited to after the termination of these Terms of Service), subject to ropet 's Privacy Policy and applicable laws, and you waive:
Any confidentiality or other protection rights over such User Content;
The right to any fees, compensation, reimbursement or other compensation for ropet 's use of such user content and/or any use thereof.
To the extent that any of the above rights in connection with such User Content are limited by applicable law, you hereby grant ropet a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such User Content worldwide in any medium.
You hereby waive all "moral rights" to all such User Content.
You also hereby waive all rights to make any claims against ropet and/or its affiliates regarding unsolicited submissions, including but not limited to claims based on unfair competition, breach of implied contracts, or breach of confidentiality obligations.
ropet does not waive any right to use your ideas, similar ideas, or related ideas that it previously knew, independently developed by ropet , or obtained from other sources.

ropet may, but is not obligated to, monitor User Content, and in addition to any remedies that ropet may have at law or in equity, if ropet determines in its sole discretion that any of your representations or agreements in this section have been violated, ropet may take any action it deems necessary to correct or prevent the violation, including but not limited to immediately removing any User Content from the App.

In any case, if ropet believes it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, protect the rights and interests of ropet , any of its affiliates, or any employee of ropet , protect ropet users from fraud, abuse, or illegal activities, or respond to or prevent emergencies involving anyone immediately facing death or serious bodily injury, ropet may disclose any user content to any government authority, court, and/or other appropriate third party.

You will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend ropet and its affiliates against any claims, damages, and other losses (including but not limited to goodwill, including but not limited to the costs of arbitration institutions, arbitrators, courts, lawyers, accountants, and other third parties) suffered by ropet or any of its affiliates as a result of your violation of any statements and agreements in this section.

ropet has no obligation to review, display, respond to, use, or return any user content, and is not responsible for any content posted by you or any third party.

  • Website without warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ropet provides this application (including but not limited to materials and any user content) "as is" and represents itself and its affiliates and their respective senior officers, directors, employees, shareowners, agents, successors, and assigns, waiving all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of marketability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement of third-party rights, and any warranties arising from any information, suggestions, proposals, specifications, or samples provided by ropet or any of the above. ropet does not guarantee that the use of this application (including but not limited to materials or any user content) will produce any specific results, nor does it guarantee that this application (including but not limited to materials or any user content) or any part thereof or any use thereof will be timely, uninterrupted, error-free, or safe (including but not limited to protection from data intrusion, computer viruses, or other harmful code).

  • Application of limitation of liability
You agree that your use of this application, materials, and any user content and any and all parts thereof is at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ropet and its respective officers, directors, employees, shareowners, agents, successors and assigns shall not be liable (including, without limitation, by way of vicarious liability) for any damages or losses (including, without limitation, consequential, incidental, punitive, special, and loss of profits and data) arising out of or in connection with the application (including, without limitation, the materials and any user content) or any part thereof or any use or inability to use the foregoing, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other theory of law, and whether or not ropet knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages or losses. This limitation of liability does not apply to personal injury claims or consumer fraud claims. If you encounter any problems with the use of this application, you agree that your only remedy is to stop using this application. If the above liability limitation is invalid or unenforceable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ropet 's cumulative total liability arising from or related to this application (including but not limited to materials and any user content) or any part thereof or any use or inability to use the above content exceed the amount actually paid by you to ropet or its authorized distributors. Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended or will limit the liability of ropet or any of its affiliates beyond the scope permitted by applicable law.

  • Purchase from
  • Products/Services and Attributes : ropet makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions and depictions of any attributes of any product or service ("Product/Service") that ropet sells or promotes through this app; however, certain measurements and similar descriptions are approximations and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors displayed on your screen. ropet reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to make any changes to any product/service or its attributes (including, without limitation, price).
  • Availability and Use : The description or depiction of any product/service on this application does not guarantee that the product/service can be ordered or purchased.   • Region : The products and services described and/or depicted on this app are for viewing, ordering, and shipping only. Due to shipping reasons, the following regions are temporarily not shipped:
    • US : American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, US Armed Forces Americas, US Armed Forces Europe, US Armed Forces Pacific, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii.
    • Canada : Northwest provinces, Yukon and some postal code regions.
  • Orders : Any electronic order you submit through this app is an offer to purchase; ropet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to accept any or all offers. After you submit your order, you may receive an email confirming that ropet has received the order; this email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. ropet reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order, regardless of whether your order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged.   • Pricing and Payment : Pricing, including but not limited to taxation, is subject to applicable law. Payment is at your own risk and if any payment related to an order is denied for any reason, the order will not be processed.
  • Acceptable payment methods : Visa, MasterCard, US Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Klarna.
  • Ownership : Ownership of any ordered products or services and any other ownership rights will not transfer until ropet , one of its affiliates, or one of its service providers receives full payment for the ordered products or services in accordance with ropet 's internal payment policy; the risk of loss or damage to any physical products purchased by you will pass when it leaves ropet 's warehouse.
  • Shipping : Shipping of any product/service is subject to shipping policy.
  • Product/Service Warranty, Returns & Exchanges : Products/Services may be covered by warranty and may be returnable and/or exchangeable, subject to the Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy. Except as set forth in the Returns and Refunds Policy and Warranty Policy or in another agreement with you, ropet , on behalf of itself and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareowners, agents, successors and assigns, waives all warranties with respect to the Products/Services to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties of MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, WELFARE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRUCTION OF THE RIGHTS, and any warranties arising from any information, advice, proposal, specification or sample provided by ropet or any of the foregoing.

  • Third party service providers
ropet collaborates or collaborates with third-party service providers on this application, including but not limited to payment processing, transportation, and other logistics.

When using this application (including but not limited to materials and any user content) and/or any products/services, you may choose to use third-party products or services: Your use of such third-party products or services is subject to any terms and conditions between you and the third-party service provider, and stopping use of this application (including but not limited to materials and any user content) and/or returning or stopping use of any products/services does not necessarily or automatically terminate any agreement between you and the third-party service provider. ropet and its respective officers, directors, employees, shareowners, agents, successors, and assigns make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to any products or services of any third party, and specifically disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of marketability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, peace of mind, accuracy, and non-infringement of third party rights, and any warranties arising from any information, advice, proposal, specification, or sample provided by ropet or any of the above.

  • Notification
You agree to send any notice to ropet 's email customerservice@ropetai.com, and to send any notice to you by email to any email address you have registered with ropet or by any other means permitted by applicable law if posting on the app is deemed insufficient.

  • Transfer
You agree not to transfer any rights or obligations you have or may have under these Terms of Service (TOU) to any third party, and any attempted transfer by you will be invalid and have no effect. You agree that ropet may, at its sole discretion, transfer any rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to any affiliate of ropet without your consent or notice to you, and that affiliate may also transfer any rights or obligations granted to it.

  • Abstain
You agree that unless in writing, any waiver by ropet of any of its rights under these Terms of Service is invalid, and any waiver or failure to exercise or enforce any of ropet 's rights under these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of any other rights of ropet , nor does it constitute a waiver of any further exercise or enforcement of rights that have been waived or not exercised or enforced.

  • Separability
You agree that if any part of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any event, that part shall be interpreted or modified as far as possible under applicable law to achieve the objectives of that part, and the other parts of these Terms of Service shall not be affected.

  • Explanation
The headings of each section of these Terms of Service are for convenience only, and you agree that these headings shall not be used to interpret these Terms of Service or any part thereof.

  • Integrity
This document constitutes the entire agreement regarding its subject matter. Any and all other oral and written understandings and communications related to the subject matter have been incorporated into this document and replaced by this document, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Service. You agree that any such understanding or communication is without effect and you will not refer to any such understanding or communication in any proceedings related to these Terms of Service.

  • Governing law and dispute resolution
ropet welcomes all complaints and strives to resolve them in the most efficient manner possible through its Client Server, which you can contact by sending an email to customerservice@ropetai.com.

You agree that these Terms of Service and any and all disputes, claims, and other legal actions arising out of or related to these Terms of Service, this application (including but not limited to materials and any user content), or any product/service shall be construed and governed by the laws of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. Despite the above provisions, ropet may apply for injunctive relief (or equivalent relief) in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that, except through the US Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS), you will not bring any lawsuit or proceeding with any court, arbitration institution, arbitral tribunal, or other legally recognized court or arbitral tribunal regarding any matter related to these Terms of Service, this application (including but not limited to materials and any user content), or any product/service. In the case of resolution through JAMS:
The lawsuit or procedure shall be subject to the JAMS rules in effect at the time the lawsuit or procedure was initiated.
The place of arbitration will be Delaware.
The arbitration language will be English.
You agree that if you are the losing party, you will reimburse ropet for any and all costs and expenses incurred in the arbitration (including but not limited to fees paid to the arbitration institution, arbitrators, and lawyers, accountants, and other experts).

What is Arbitration : Unlike litigation in court, arbitration is designed to resolve disputes more quickly. Cases will be adjudicated by one or more individuals, and the damages and remedies provided by their awards are roughly the same as those provided by the court, and are usually enforceable by the court if not voluntarily complied with. Therefore, you agree that you waive your right to obtain relief by suing or suing in court, and instead agree to arbitrate as described in these Terms of Service. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be severed, and the remaining arbitration provisions shall be enforced.

Arbitration Procedure : The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this dispute resolution provision. Arbitration shall be initiated through JAMS. In the event of a conflict between the applicable rules of JAMS and the rules in these Terms of Service, the rules in these Terms of Service shall prevail. JAMS rules and instructions on how to initiate arbitration may be obtained from the JAMS website http://www.jamsadr.com or by calling 1-800-352-5267.

Prohibition of class actions : You may resolve disputes with us only as an individual and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or member of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action, whether as a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or otherwise.

You acknowledge that you have been advised to consult a lawyer in deciding to accept this arbitration agreement. You may opt out of arbitration by sending an email to the customerservice@ropetai.comwithin 30 days from the date of your first acceptance of these Terms of Service and providing the following information: your full name; your address; your phone number; your account info in the application (excluding your password); a clear statement indicating that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement in these Terms of Service.
If you choose to withdraw from arbitration, you (A) agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Delaware; (B) waive your right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute shall be decided by a single judge.

Waiver of Jury Trial : You hereby waive any and all rights to trial by jury that you may have.

ropet ("we" or " ropet Company") will do its best to continuously provide security updates for our hardware products. Security updates include the latest security patches, security bugs fixes, and other necessary security improvements.
From the date of product release, ropet will maintain security update support for at least 2 years. However, the security update support may vary for different product models, and the specific situation shall prevail.
We will regularly release security updates for ropet hardware products here and recommend that you review this policy regularly.

Overview

ropet ("we" or " ropet Company") is committed to keeping all devices secure and up-to-date by providing firmware updates in accordance with established best practices. Firmware updates include the latest security patches, security bugs fixes, and other necessary firmware updates. This document describes ropet 's firmware upgrade policy.
ropet is committed to providing you with regular firmware updates during the support period, including security bugs, known bug fixes, and the addition of new features.

Firmware Upgrade Policy

ropet expects to provide excellent support and maintenance for all ropet devices, including timely technical support, regular version updates, and updates to security bugs, known bug fixes, and the addition of new features.
ropet does not provide security updates for old firmware versions. Therefore, all ropet devices need to be updated to the firmware version that includes the latest security updates. When there are multiple updated versions, the firmware will always be updated to the latest version, not a specific version.
For security reasons, once the firmware is updated, no downgrade methods will be provided. ropet will maintain compatibility between firmware versions.

How to upgrade firmware

When new updates are available, the ropet application will notify you through pop-ups or other means. You can manually start the firmware update process by clicking the "Update" button.
When the device undergoes firmware updates, you will receive a version update prompt. By installing the latest firmware, you can get new features or have a better User Experience.
Please check if the firmware is the latest version.
After connecting the mobile application, click "Personal Homepage" → "Version Update" to check if the firmware is the latest version.

Security updates will be pushed to you as soon as they are ready, and the actual update time may vary slightly depending on your region and phone model.

FAQs

Q: Why did my firmware update fail?
A: This may be due to abnormal device/base station network or device status (such as low battery, non-idle state, or abnormal charging). We recommend restarting the device, checking if the device battery remains above 60% or is connected to a power source and charging normally, and then trying to update manually again. You can also try connecting the device to a mobile hotspot (some routers will block update files) and updating under the mobile hotspot.
Q: What should I do if the update process fails repeatedly?

The ropet information security team is committed to improving the security of ropet products and supporting the secure operation of customer networks and business. The ropet information security team focuses on product security development and vulnerability management maintenance, and handles potential vulnerabilities reported in accordance with established processes that comply with ISO/IEC 29147, ISO/IEC 30111, and other relevant standards. This process aims to enhance product security and ensure timely response to any vulnerabilities discovered.
  • Product and service range
This policy applies to ropet 's AI pet robot products.
In addition, we welcome you to report vulnerabilities in ropet 's web pages, Mini Programs, applications, and Cloud as a Service. Products and services beyond their lifecycle are not covered by this scope.
  • Our commitment
According to this policy, when working with us, we will:
Initial confirmation within 3 working days of receiving your vulnerability report and providing a tracking number.
Within 30 days of the initial confirmation, send a vulnerability confirmation message and provide a repair deadline. If we do not accept the report, we will provide reasons and continue to receive new information about the report.
After confirming the reported vulnerability, our engineers will fix the vulnerability and optimize it.
If a vulnerability cannot be resolved within 90 days, we will extend the confidentiality period of our cooperation with you or provide other solutions.
  • Our expectations
